Marcel VentosaManaging Director, The Tao Group Co., Ltd.
Marcel is in charge of the day to day management of The Tao Group and is in charge of implementing new strategies throughout the company.
One of the three founding partners of The Tao Group, Marcel's professional experience has taken him from the financial world, as a mergers and acquisitions consultant, to a job in the artistic department of a multinational music corporation. His independent travels around the world have taken him to more than 20 countries, working on the road as a freelance consultant, Writer and translator.
Marcel holds a bachelor of Arts and Letters degree from the University of Notre Dame in the USA, with a heavy emphasis in business, as well as two years of undergraduate studies in Psychology from Anahuac University in Mexico. He speaks fluent Spanish and English, as well as basic Thai.
Ning SukositGeneral Manager, The Tao Group Co., Ltd.
Ning is in charge of procurement, supplier relations and company scouting for The Tao Group in Thailand and China.
Prior to joining The Tao Group, Ning held the position of procurement manager for a furniture export company in Thailand, and later worked as Deputy Manager for the contracts department of Bouygues Thai Ltd..
Ning holds a bachelor of Letters degree from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand, as well as a M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language from Thammasat University, also in Thailand. She speaks fluent Thai and English.

(A subsidiary of The Tao Group Co., Ltd.) One of the 3 founding Partners of The Tao Group. Juan is the Managing Director for the Mexican subsidiary of The Tao Group.
Born in 1954, Juan was the owner and CEO of a Rubber and Rubber-Metal parts producing company during the first 25 years of his professional life. After selling his shares in the company to a large multinational corporation, he was the President for the Mexican operations of Yale-South Haven Inc. and for the Mexican division of Trelleborg Automotive Co. In 1997, Juan founded a startup company, Ventosa Representaciones y Consultoria, S.A. de C.V., providing consulting services in the area of sales and Total Quality for the Automotive Industry, as well as debt and equity financing from multilateral organizations such as BID and IFC.
Juan holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from UNAM (The National Autonomous University of Mexico), as well as a postgraduate degree in Statistics and Total quality from the Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. He speaks fluent Spanish, English, Catalan, and French, as well as basic Thai.
Adriana DavilaMarketing Director, Asian Tao S.A. de C.V.
(A subsidiary of The Tao Group Co., Ltd.) One of the 3 founding Partners of The Tao Group. Adriana is in charge of marketing efforts for Asian Tao, the Mexican subsidiary of The Tao Group. As part of her job description, she is also in charge of customer relations and prospecting new customers through her vast contact network, and highly sociable personality.
Adriana achieved a degree as executive assistant. She has studied art valuation with some of Mexico's most respected authorities and has worked as an art dealer and valuator. She speaks fluent Spanish and English, as well as basic Thai
Juan Carlos SegovianoSales Manager, Asian Tao S.A. de C.V.
(A subsidiary of The Tao Group Co., Ltd.) Juan Carlos joined Asian Tao in 2008 as Sales Manager, providing assistance and guidance sales teams for the entire range of "Tao" products, including SilverBrite, The Tao Group's silver and jewelry cleaner product range, Hogar Asia, lifestyle product lines, TaoPac, supplying packaging material to retail stores.
Juan Carlos' past experience in sales includes his participation as Sales Manager for a well known bakery, distributing to department and convenience stores. He also carried out several office and organizational activities at Elastomeros Falcon S.A. de C.V., Yale South-Haven, Inc., as well as the Mexican division of Trelleborg Automotive Co.
Benjamin Xero KwanManaging Director, Hong Kong regional office
(A subsidiary of The Tao Group Co., Ltd.) Xero heads the Hong Kong regional office for The Tao Group. This office handles business in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Macau, S. Korea, and Japan. He has over 15 years of experience in the business world and is an expert in both procurement and sales in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Macau.
Throughout his career he has developed innumerable business contacts in the region, which combined with his ability to manage and develop a coherent business strategy makes him a key element in the regional presence of The Tao Group
Xero holds a bachelor degree of science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the USA. He speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English, as well as basic Japanese and Korean.
James TysonRegional Representative, U.S.A. and Canada
Jim is in charge of the regional presence of The Tao Group in the U.S.A. and Canada. His work also includes strategic planning, simulation Modeling and Project Management.
His most recent project involved strategic planing for an organization that facilitates international trade. This project included creating financial models to simulate operations, designing a risk management system and brand development.
He has experience working in the US, Canada, Mexico, Belgium, Venezuela, and Bermuda, and speaks fluent English and basic Spanish. Jim holds degrees from the university of Michigan and Wayne State University in the U.S.A.. He has also studied at the London School of Economics in London, England. Jim is licensed as an attorney and certified public accountant in the U.S.A..
